April 2013; Rosette Winning?

Hello and welcome to the new April sketch - slightly later than it should be, but we're here now and raring to go!

Remember that you can use our LO plans for any projects you want to make.  Stretch, shrink and twist them if yo like - just please come back and share what you've made with us via the Inlinkz gadget or by leaving a message....or even both, if you like!

The design reminds me of a winner's rosette at a gymkhana - hence the title for this sketch, I hope you'll enjoy using it
